Our refund policy is designed with care and understanding.

Because this is a limited-capacity intimate retreat, registrations are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days and up to 7 days prior to the event, registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but remain fully transferable to a friend or family member or can be used toward our next scheduled retreat in March 2027.

Your privacy and safety are our highest priorities. All personal information and health details shared during the registration process are strictly confidential, securely stored, and only accessible to our core facilitating team to ensure we cater to your individual needs. We never share or sell your data.

In the event you need to cancel your participation, please email our support team as soon as possible. If you are within the refund window, we will process your request promptly. If you fall outside the window, we will guide you on how to transfer your sanctuary spot to someone else. Refund requests and questions regarding our policy can be directed to [email protected].
